Installation
"Remove water reservoir and disconnect from power. remove branded rear water intake drawer by slightly pushing in one of its ends where it hinges onto the machine. cut off plastic hose clamps/cable ties to the valve assembly and remove the hoses, then unscrew the assembly from the adjoining motor noting the configuration of the hoses. you may have to use a lever to lift the end of the motor slightly to give enough clearance to unscrew the valve assembly. replace with new unit but dont screw it in too tightly taking care to correctly reconnect the hoses and replace hose clampscable ties with new ones. replace rear water intake door then reconnect machine to power and test operation."
"It was very easy to fit the part."
"Open the frame, find the part thats leaking, unscrew, refit test, if all good close up and ready to use"
"Remove rear panel. remove pump and psv unit. unscrew old psv and screw in new. replace and test for leaks."
"Remove back of machine 6 screws. remove 2 hose clamps and hoses from water valve. remove pressure pipe by undoing brass nut. remove broken water valve. remove pump from mountings and extract broken thread from pump. fit new water valve and replace hoses and pipe clamps. replace back and secure fill with water and test"
"I broke this valve when the rubber seal came off - didnt realise it was a screw in from the large hose. so had to order another one - otherwise could have just replaced the seal."
