"The new brew head seal is easily removed. a stubby philips head no 2 screwdriver is used to remove the metal spray plate and prised out carefully from the center with a sharp pointed metal tool like a thin nail. dont try to lever the metal spray plate out at the sides or you will damaging the existing sealjust in case you can reuse it.the new seal slips on over the spray plate edge and the plate screwed back on. dont over tighten the screw or you will distort the plate and the new seal may leak. just tight enough."

"Should check you can unscrew the steam head before ordering this seal. as one other user noted the screw can be seized in place making the job much more difficult. service and delivery excellent as usual."
