"Remove broken filter and install new. take care in cleaning the mesh element as too much pressure on the mesh can cause it to part from the plastic frame."

"The part was smaller than the machine required though the staff member who ordered the part said she had provided the correct machine number but i have since checked the coffee filter and cant find a serial number on it so believe she booked the part by looking at a picture of a smaller model. all it says on this one is breville aroma style. it may be that the machine is too old to obtain the correct parts"

"The breville drip filter coffee bcm600 was the correct replacement filter for my coffee machine. however it arrived where the mesh had pulled away from the plastic leaving an inch hole that the coffee falls through to the carafe. should i mail this one back to you so i can get another replacement filter that is not damaged or could you just send me another one to replace this one i dont believe now would be the time to fill out your feedback but i would be glad to do it when the order is complete. thank you. i would appreciate your assistance. patricia lee"
