"50 assembly of machine. parts very easy to fit - simply unscrew old and plug in new. keep an eye on which power cables plug in where the blue and brown ones as there are multiple ones which could cause confusion if a photodiagram is not taken first. the steamhotwater button assembly that came with mine does not fit the aluminium front face place holes properly buttons are a few mm too far apart. so ive kept it as a spare for dismantling later if needed since my buttons were working fine. check this before you do any disassembly"

"Without the correct tools and a thorough guide book its basically impossible to do yourselves...fitting the actual parts would be easy if you could actually get the machine into a fully stripped down state but without knowing the build up procedures its impossible. have taken machine and spares to a specialist repair centre for them to have a go."

"Disassemble machine and carefully fit new electrical parts fairly straightforward. basic tool kit required and the need to save money from the repair vultures. never use reshe electronics ever. good tip."

"I am a technician with an electrical licence. after the repair of electrical repair you must use a ohms meter to check for a good earth and insulation. this cannot be done by anyone as the repair could cause death if not right. any electrical repair must be done by licence technician - this is the law."

"Took under an hour to repair. only needed two srewdrivers. take your time to look at how the unit is put together. would be really easy to strip down the unit but there is no need to."
