"Both the component replacement activities were very easy to replace. my only suggestion on the steam ring is to use a blunt tool to remove the existing one from the group head as anything sharp will cut it into pieces making the task slower. also this works is best performed with the unit on a towel on it side. meaning water tank and coffee grinders need to be removed prior to commencement. the filters were a breeze to swap old for new."
