"Pay attention to the orientation of the parts before removing. outer shower screen and shower screen inner easily already removed as the screw was non longer holding them in place. removed the group head seal easily (it fell out) - again pay close attention to which way up this needs to go when putting back together, removed broken half of the screw that was left in the brew head assembly with a pair of smooth pliers so was tricky but got it out in the end. best use pliers that grip to the screw. put everything back in its place and screwed together with the replacement screw. was a little fiddly trying to get the screw in place but again with some perseverance managed to find the hole and screw it in place. (id initially put the group head seal upside down. this wont work)"
