"Turn machine upside down and remove the hex screw in the middle of the metal shower screen with the tool supplied by breville. once the screw is out the metal shower screen can be removed which will allow you to access the plastic inner shower screen and the group head seal. both of these can be easily removed by hand or with a small screwdriver by prying them out of the group head."
