"Without the correct tools and a thorough guide book its basically impossible to do yourselves...fitting the actual parts would be easy if you could actually get the machine into a fully stripped down state but without knowing the build up procedures its impossible. have taken machine and spares to a specialist repair centre for them to have a go."

"Easy fix, remove arm and replace upper and lower seals, screw arm back onto machine, tighten arm up till firm - dont over tighten arm. may need re-tension after a few days use."

"1 flip the coffee machine upside down. 2 use a long philips screwdriver and undo the screw. 3 it helps to have a regular flathead screwdriver to flip out the part as it can get stuck in position over time. 4 replace the part. 5 put the screw and the metal part back. 6 thats it - it sounds to easy but that really is it!"
