"Your packaging documents tell me that you have supplied a bes86011.2 pb3-8 which is too small just touching the inside edge of the filter cup. it is also too shallow not reaching the bottom of the filter cup so when the water fills the cup the blank is forced to the bottomallowing water to flow freely out to the spouts. part number 1656018 (301) which your own parts manual tells me that it is correct."
