"Remove the water tank and infuser as per handbook instructions and unscrew the two exposed screws and the carrello (carriage) will release. youtube has an excellent video on how to remove the outer covers of the machine which you will need to do to disconnect the water hose from the valve block behind the display. pull the hair clip that holds the hose into the valve block after you identify it by pulling on the tube from the carriage end and tie a piece of thin cord to it and feed the cord down into the machine as you remove the carriage. tie the cord to the water tube of the new carriage assembly and pull the tube back to the top of the machine. pushing the tube into the valve block is fiddly. with your third hand push the hair pin back into position. reassembly is then the reverse of disassembly. if all goes well you will have saved about 650 on the purchase of a new machine. hint take pictures before each step of disassembly. thats why you have a camera in your phone."
