"You have to remove the steamer knob first. no twisting just lift it off with gentle force. remove the top and then you pretty much need to remove all screws to access the part. it took about 40mins. near the steamer nozzle there are two slits - use a flat head screwdriver in the slits to release the clamps. sounds hard but is rather easy and worth it. machine works like new again. we have had it for 6 years now."
