"Switch off the unit and unplug from the wall. remove the water tank. remove sides of unit (four screws at rear need to be unscrewed first) by sliding towards the back of the unit. gently ease tap knob forward and off at front using butter knife (or similar) wedged between unit and tap handle. remove four screws (two on either side) of front control panel and gently lay control panel to one side (probably your left facing the unit). locate the hose leading into the tap unit at the top right of the unit (as you are facing it). gently remove the clip used to secure the hose to the tap assembly. remove hose from tap assembly. check to see if a small rubber o-ring came out with it. if not dont worry well get that shortly. unscrew the three screws securing the tap assembly to the main unit and remove tap assembly. if you havent got the o-ring out yet youll need to get that out from where the hose originally went in. it didnt just drop out for me so i used a wood screw of all things (just happened to have one on hand...dont ask) which fitted into the hole nicely and with a very small turn the o-ring came out with the screw. p pop the o-ring into the new tap assembly connect the hose insert the clip and reattach the tap assembly with the three screws. before putting everything back together i put the water container back in attached the tap knob to the tap assembly and turned the machine on and tested the tap under pressure to make sure there were no leaks. all good. ) switch off and unplug. remove the water tank again. remove the tap knob. replace the front control panel (four screws) replace the tap knob. (should just push back on) replace the side panels (two screws each at the back) plug in. switch on. make coffee. )"
