"Switch off power, open front and back screws, open door, remove plate and screws holding fan, remove the nut on the front of old fan and remove fan blades, using phone camera take picture of the connections, remove the connections from the old fan and replace the terminals on the new fan, fix the fan and the screws, back put the blades and it the nut back, note the nut has a reverse threading, screw the back and push oven in the cabinet and fix the front screws on, switch power on and check if fan works"
