"Access-fitting is both from the front and the rear of the oven so pull it out of the wall first and place on a table to allow easy access. this will save time trying to work out how to do the replacement, from there all you need is a phillips head and a flat head screwdriver and a pair of pliers. note the new replacement element does not have an earth lug on it so just place the loose earth lead (from the old element) to the fan chassis (or any other part of the outside of the oven - or you can just tape up and secure as there are several earth points connected on the oven so it is well protected."
