"Isolate the power, remove the rear panel wth phillips head screwdriver or drill driver. this will expose the heating element. remove the two screws to release the heating element, double check there is no live power at the exposed connections and remove the wires with the aid of long nose pliers. reverse the process to install the new heating element."
