"Unscrew element from inside, disconnect alligator clips, reverse for installation of new element"

"Remove all trays and racks from oven, remove two philips head screws (you need long arms and a steady hand) gently pull old element out of top of the oven. remove four power wires and one earth wire (these are spade connections). replacement with the new element is the reverse of the above procedure"
