"Isolate all power and gas to appliance, remove all control knobs and buttons from the front of the appliance, remove the front and back covers from appliance. remove 2 screws holding the thermostat in and pull thermostat through hole to expose wiring and capillary tube. disconnect capillary tube from holding clamps in oven disconnect wiring, note where wires connect to pull thermostat out completely from appliance. install in reverse order. ensure capillary tube is not touching any exposed terminals when reinstalled as this will cause electric shock and damage to the appliance."
