"I went on the aeg online site but it should be in your manual on how to take out and replace the glass panels for easy cleaning. i just followed those instructions and was able to replace the broken glass panel. it was not hard to do. i was very pleased with that.
i did not need any tools as the oven door had clips to take out the whole oven door. i then slow unclipped the section that locks in the four panels of glass. i took about 30 minutes because i took the opportunity to clean all the glass. i am very pleased is was easy and did not have to get in a repairman."

"Small plastic covers at the front side top of oven door come off (depress small clips on covers and they will then slide toward you up) old glass slides out and replace with new glass. slide the covers back into position."

"Simply unclick the top plastic strip and the glass slides into the bottom first and then fits down and you clip the top plastic strip into place. it is a little difficult to locate the push button clip to undo the plastic mounting but once this is done it is relatively easy to fit."
