"Empty and remove bean hopper. remove retaining collar. depress button on rear of grinder and rotate anti-clockwise until released. remove upper burr and collar together. secure rotating assembly from turning with a flat blade screwdriver. whilst securing unfasten 10mm reverse thread retaining nut, remove nut spring washer blade and lower burr from motor shaft. fit shim washer to motor shaft. clean and reassemble in reverse order."
