"Removing the bottom cover exposed the pump unit and access was quite easy. simply a few phillips head screws and two small cable ties. easy enough for any diy. likewise a few screws and the top cover was off to allow access to the steam wand location. simple and easy replacement. there are also a couple of good youtube clips that show how."
