STEAM PUMP

"Remove bottom of appliance, remove three hoses, remove electrical connections to pump, remove pump, fit new pump, replace hoses and electrical connections. replace cut cable ties."

"To replace the steam pump remove all loose parts including the top filler door and turn the machine upside down. remove the rubber legs and five screws that hold the plastic cover. make a note of wiring connection on steam pump and remove it - cut cable ties and carefully undo brass nut to steam line. reuse rubber mounts both will come off an on without disassembly of steam pump. attach new steam pump use cable ties for hoses and some thread sealant for brass fitting. ensure hoses sit nicely when steam pump mounted. dont overtighten mounting srews. attach wiring correctly check all other wiring for corrosion or fusing while youre here could have been cause of pump failure. reassemble. drink coffee."
