"Heads-up ... the coffee heater 900w unit, while the steam heater 1200w unit. they both look similar but arent. so remove all panels, remove main panel side screws and fiddle with the 4 mounting screws of the broken thermo block and its nuts at the back from the top and side - it is rather fiddly getting them out (and back in later). keep the thermal padding of the steam block as the new block supplied doesnt come with it. make sure you have the 2 appropriate fittings ferrules to fit the new thermo block. once replaced all three heaters should get hot very quickly and the start-up cycle completes bringing the machine back to full operation thereafter."
