"Easy. 1. remove plastic cover from top hinge. 2. carefully disconnect the wiring for the lcd panel. 3. support top door and remove 3 bolts from the top hinge. (do not remove the hinge as the wiring passes through it but the connectors do not.) 4. drop the top door carefully it is not heavy but the plastic shelves look fragile. 5. supporting the bottom door remove the centre hinge. (2 bolts) 6. replace the centre hinge with the new stronger steel one ensuring the door is located properly. 7. sit the top door on the centre hinge pin and supporting it replace the 3 bolts in the top hinge making sure the wires are free finger tighten. 8. there is some play in the top hinge bolt holes so carefully align the door with the cabinet and tighten the 3 bolts. 9. reconnect the 2 wiring connectors. (they only go 1 way so if you have to force them theyre probably upside down). 10. replace the top hinge plastic cover."
CENTRE HINGE SOLID RH- the door may need to be drilled out with an 11mm drill bit to suit the above part.

"I ordered from the website for my son (in a different town). the website indicated that the part required was no longer available but recommended an alternative. i was concerned that the drawing of the original part looked nothing like the recommended alternative but ordered the alternative trusting the website. my son rang me tonight and allayed my fears. the part was installed without any problem and the fridge doors now work perfectly. well done bigwarehouse."

"Fridge door had to be removed and parts replaced. sorry my husband did this so cannot explain the procedure. i do know that it is something that can be done by someone that generally fixes things around the house thus saving the callout service fee."

"Advice from website and salesperson was to drill out hole in door with 11mm drill bit to fit the new hinge but this wasnt necessary. it fit straight in."
