"I found it very annoying that you do not alow contact by phone. it took several weeks of emails back and forth to find the correct item i required. this all could have been sorted in a few minutes with a phone call. your postage fees are rediculous i was charged nearly the cost of the item in freight."

"Remove all the shelves from the door. close the door. remove top plastic hinge cover with philips screwdriver. remove the three screws holding the top hinge. lift the hinge up and put aside. remove the door and lay on a flat service. i used the lounge chair so i would not damage the paint. remove the door stop then pull out broken cam ( easier with o ring picks) replace with new cam. from here reassemble in reverse order before tightening the three screws on the top hinge - make sure the door is aligned straight up and down, replace the cover. test."
