"The best way to replace the top and bottom door hinge cams is to remove the door completely, lay on the floor, then remove the top and bottom worn cams. these can be difficult to remove at first as they are clipped in but if you take it easy they will come out. insert the new, a light coat of grease on the two hinge pins, and then reasseble the door."
