"Easy access from the rear of the unit. i took a photo of the location of the wiring looms to make sure i got them back correctly. the board came in its metal casing so it was a veray easy swap. the hardest part was the sigle phillips screw holding the casing in. a long screwdriver is useful."

"Installed a new control board buzzer circuit board also a new damper ass which i think may not have been warranted. to remove the control board i used an extension with a phillips head bit to facilitate easier removal of the screw holding the cover in place and just basic hand tools."
