"Remove two hex bolts on back of machine which secure the top of the machine. lift the rear of the top of the machine and push forward and the top will pop off. fold the top backwards exposing the drum and suspension rods. lift the front of the machine and prop it. grab one of the front suspensions rods lift up and release from top support. let the rod fall down and out of the drum support. replace with new. repeat for all four support rods rocking the machine forward when removingreplacing the rear supporting rods. the supporting rods with stiffer springs are for the rear of the drum as this is where the motor is."

"For the rod kit susp(set 4) if you see carefully they are actually 2 pairs - sets of 2. the two pairs look almost identical except that the spring for one pair is actually shorter. and the spring of the other pair is 12 cm longer. when you install the pair with the longer spring shall go to the two back corners of the washing machine. the shorter spring pair shall go to the two front corners. this is not mentioned in the installation diagrams. i figured it out while removing the existing rods from the machine."
